My photography studio is located in Kerikeri, and I am just a short distance away from Waipapa. Although most of my work is done on location throughout Northland, I am always happy to work with clients at my studio. I have a wide range of backdrops, props, and lighting equipment to ensure that your photos look stunning.

I easily adapt my personality to suit the situation which allows me to coax people out of there shell or to humorously get a big crowd to get into position.
I’m friendly, easy going and a people person. I expect the unexpected, which means I thrive under pressure. As a parent, I know how to adapt easily, turn that frown upside down and be creative so I can document the natural emotions, laughter, tears and everything else that goes on.

Input from you on the photos you have in mind is always encouraged; it makes meeting your expectations easier for me, and I’ll be excited by your vision. I will ask lots of questions to create beautiful images that truly reflect you and your family.
But, I will also make suggestions in a clear and respectful way. It’s my responsibility to always be on the lookout for stunning shots and I will be quietly looking for great moments. I’m there to offer support, advice and guidance and my experience and professionalism will shine through during our photo shoot. But these are your moments, not mine, so you can trust that I will never dictate how the photo shoot will happen.

You have to be quick
Wedding photography, sleepy newborns and portraits of toddlers require hundreds of split-second decisions; if you’re not quick enough, the moment will pass. As an experienced, professional photographer I have the skills to make sure those moments are captured. I always have back up equipment, cameras, lighting and memory cards so there is minimal risk is missing important photos.
